Description
Take the eggs out of the refrigerator 1–2 hours before you start cooking: warm egg whites whip better and hold their shape.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter. Add sugar, eggs, baking powder, and flour. You can also add salt to taste. Pour the batter into a mold (it rises significantly).
Step 2
If you're making a fruit pie, dice the fruits and arrange them directly on the dough. You can use frozen cherries, nectarines, and peaches for the pie.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F. Check with a toothpick in the center, where there are more fruits, as they release more juice.
