Fruit Marmalade
Ingredients
- Sugar 20 oz
- Apple 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the apples or other fruits and bake them in the oven after removing the core with a corer.
Step 2
Pass the baked apples through a sieve.
Step 3
Add sugar to the resulting puree and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Step 4
Transfer the hot marmalade to preheated jars, sprinkle sugar on top. Once the marmalade cools, cover the jars with parchment paper and tie them. Store the marmalade in a dry, cool place.
