Ingredients
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 2 pieces
- 1% Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Orange 1 piece
- Raisins 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar to taste
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the lasagna sheets until cooked in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cut each sheet in half. Place one sheet in two small greased baking dishes.
Step 3
Mash one banana with a fork. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, raisins, mashed banana, semolina, sugar, and cinnamon with a mixer.
Step 4
Slice the second banana. Peel the orange and remove the white membranes, then cut into thin wedges.
Step 5
Divide the cottage cheese mixture in half. In the dishes with the sheets, layer the cottage cheese mixture, then add the orange and banana slices, cover with a second sheet, and spread the remaining cottage cheese mixture on top. Add the remaining fruits on top. You can also decorate with strawberries.
Step 6
Place the lasagna in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10–15 minutes.
Step 7
Carefully remove the finished lasagna from the dishes.
Step 8
Let the lasagna cool for about 10 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
