Fruit Jelly Cake

Ingredients

  • Grapefruits 5 lbs
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Fruit Jelly 2 pieces
  • Sugar to taste
  • Red Food Coloring to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the gelatin and fruit jelly in water (according to the instructions) and let it swell.

Step 2

Pour 2 liters of water into a pot, add the soaked gelatin and jelly, then add sugar and food coloring. Gently bring to a boil (do not let it boil). Allow to cool to room temperature.

Step 3

Wash the fruits, pat them dry, and cut them into convenient, attractive pieces.

Step 4

Pour a few tablespoons of jelly into the mold (to create a layer about one centimeter thick) and place it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Step 5

Arrange the fruits beautifully on the set layer, pour a few tablespoons of jelly over them, and place it back in the freezer. Repeat this process until all the fruits are covered with jelly.

Step 6

Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before serving, dip it in hot water for a minute, then invert it onto a plate.
