Fruit Jelly
Ingredients
- Apple juice with pulp 10 fl oz
- Red Grape Juice 10 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour four tablespoons of juice (any kind) into a small saucepan. Gently sprinkle in the gelatin, stir, and let it sit for five minutes.
Step 2
Place the saucepan over very low heat, stirring the mixture with a wooden spoon until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then pour in the remaining juice and stir for another two minutes. Remove from heat. Carefully strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Arrange the washed and chopped fruits in glasses, pour the jelly over them, and place in the refrigerator. Serve the set jelly in the glasses or turn it out onto plates, garnished with cream and fruits.
