Fruit ice made from pineapple and kiwi

Ingredients

  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Peach Juice 15 fl oz
  • Kiwi 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bring water and sugar to a boil (do not stir). Let it cool.

Step 2

Add pineapple juice to the cooled syrup and stir with a spoon. Peel the kiwi and cut it into not too thin rings or pieces.

Step 3

Place the kiwi at the bottom of the molds, pour the juice on top, insert a stick, and freeze for 6 hours, or better yet, leave it in the freezer overnight.
