  • Sponge Cake Base 3 pieces
  • Bananas 5 pieces
  • Oranges 5 pieces
  • Kiwi 5 pieces
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Sugar 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the sour cream with the sugar until smooth.

Step 2

Spread the resulting cream well over the cake layer. Slice the peeled bananas into rounds and place them on the layer. Spread cream over the layer with bananas again. Place the second layer and spread with cream.

Step 3

Remove the membrane between the segments of the peeled oranges. Place the pulp on the layer and spread everything with cream.

Step 4

Place the last layer and spread with cream. Peel the kiwis and slice them, then arrange them on the cake.

Step 5

Let it sit and optionally sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.
