  • Oat flakes 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Berries to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take your favorite yogurt (e.g., strawberry and blueberry) and berries such as blueberries, raspberries, currants, strawberries, etc. to your liking. You can substitute oats with muesli.

Step 2

On a large flat plate, place a piece of parchment paper and evenly spread the yogurt to a thickness of 2 mm. Sprinkle berries and muesli on top. Place in the freezer overnight.

Step 3
