  • Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Frozen black currant puree 1 cup
  • Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Oats 1 tablespoon
  • Nuts 1 tablespoon
  • Skim Milk 1 cup
  • Multifruit Juice to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and slice the banana, place it in the blender along with the frozen fruits or berries, and add the yogurt.

Step 2

Blend, then add the oats and nuts. Pour in the milk and juice, and blend again thoroughly.

Step 3

If the mixture is too thick for your taste, add a little more milk or juice.
