Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • White bread 8 slices
  • Tomatoes 1 piece

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, add salt, and mix well.

Step 2

Cut the white bread into pieces. Spread the grated potato on the bread and press lightly.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the sandwiches potato-side down in the pan and press down.

Step 4

When the potato is golden brown, flip the sandwiches and fry the other side.

Step 5

Place a slice of tomato on top of each sandwich.
