- Lemon 1 piece
- Coconut Milk 15 fl oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Lemongrass 1 stalk

Step 1
Place the coconut milk, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped lemongrass in a heavy-bottomed pan and set over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 2
Heat a pan well over high heat until smoking.
Step 3
Sprinkle the pineapple with sugar.
Step 4
Fry the pineapple for 1 minute on each side.
Step 5
Pour the broth into 2 small bowls and arrange the pineapples.
