- Milk 15 fl oz

- Cream 5 oz

- Dried ground orange peel 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears and cut them into quarters, removing the core.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, flour, milk, and cream. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the pears. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until set. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 10 minutes. Cook until a golden crust forms.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished pie with nuts and candied peel.
