- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Beef 5 oz
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Add water, sour cream, an egg, and a teaspoon of salt to the flour. Knead the mixture. Set aside to rest for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add milk. Mix well.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a long sausage shape and cut it into small pieces. Roll each piece into a round shape for the future pastry.
Step 4
Shape the pastries. Place the filling on one half of the dough. Fold it in half and pinch the edges together like you would with dumplings.
Step 5
Heat oil in a deep skillet. Fry the dumplings until golden brown.
