Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream 20 oz
  • Desiccated coconut 5 oz
  • Coconut flakes 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 qt
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Caramel Syrup to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make balls from the ice cream.

Step 2

Place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Crush the cornflakes into small crumbs (about the size of shredded coconut).

Step 4

Mix the milk with the eggs.

Step 5

Take the balls out of the freezer.

Step 6

Coat each ball first in shredded coconut, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cornflakes.

Step 7

Return the balls to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Step 8

Heat the oil in a pot or deep fryer.

Step 9

Take the balls out.

Step 10

Drop 1 ball at a time (depending on the size of the pot) into the pot.

Step 11

Fry until golden brown.

Step 12

Serve each portion and garnish to taste.
