Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Graham Crackers 5 oz
- Coconut flakes 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Pear 1 piece
- Donut Peaches 1 piece
- Chocolate 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In three different bowls, place crushed corn flakes (you can crush them in a blender), coconut flakes, and whisk the egg (until frothy).
Step 2
Slice the pear and peach into thin wedges.
Step 3
Grate the chocolate.
Step 4
Pour oil into a saucepan and heat it (the oil should be enough for the ice cream piece to float freely while frying). This should be done in advance.
Step 5
Then cut the ice cream into pieces - from a 500 g package, you get 8 pieces. Take the ice cream out just before cooking, otherwise it will start to melt and the dessert may not turn out well.
Step 6
First, coat the piece of ice cream in coconut flakes, then in the egg. Next, in corn flakes. Then again in the egg and corn flakes.
Step 7
Using a slotted spoon, place the ice cream in the oil - fry for about 10-20 seconds.
Step 8
Remove the ice cream from the oil and place it on a plate. Garnish with fruits and grated chocolate. Enjoy your meal!
