Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
  • Desiccated coconut to taste
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Set the freezer to the lowest temperature. The goal is to freeze the ice cream as hard as possible, almost to a rock-like state. Before taking the ice cream out of the freezer, prepare the coating: shredded coconut, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Take the ice cream out and cut it into portions. Quickly coat the ice cream: the first layer is shredded coconut, the second is dipped in egg, and the third is rolled in breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Place all portions of ice cream on a chilled plate and return them to the freezer for deep freezing. After about half an hour, perform the final step — fry the ice cream in hot oil.

Step 4

Heat refined sunflower oil and quickly dip the portions of ice cream from the freezer into it. Do this very quickly, frying for just about 20 seconds on each side. During this time, the ice cream inside does not have time to melt. The dessert will be warm on the outside and cold on the inside.
