  • Vanilla Ice Cream 10 oz
  • Coconut flakes 0 oz
  • Coconut flakes 0 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the block of ice cream into pieces. Ideally, these are balls, but then they will need to be deep-fried. If you prefer to use a frying pan, it is important to remember that the coating needs to be cooked through, which requires a small thickness.

Step 2

Coating: crush the cornflakes and add the coconut flakes. If desired, you can also add cinnamon, vanilla sugar, chopped nuts... Anything you like!

Step 3

Roll the pieces of ice cream in the coating, then dip them in the egg and back into the coating. It is important that the layer is thick and without gaps. Place the prepared pieces in the freezer for at least half an hour. Then heat oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the ice cream on high heat on both sides.
