Description

Ingredients
- Corn Starch 1 cup
- Coconut flakes 5 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 10 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the frozen ice cream balls and dip them first in cornstarch, then in egg whites, and finally in coconut.
Step 2
Place them in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Fry in heated oil (don't skimp on the oil) for 30 seconds.
