  • Sweet Chili Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
  • Snap Peas 10 oz
  • Radish 1 bunch
  • Roasted Peanuts 4 tablespoons
  • Green onion tops 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat, add the ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add the peas, chopped radish, and sliced green onions. Stir-fry for 2–4 minutes until the peas are tender.

Step 3

Add the sauce, remove from heat, sprinkle with nuts, and serve.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili sauce.
