  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Sour Cream 1 can
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 5 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese in a bowl (if it is coarse, pass it through a sieve). Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until a strong foam forms. Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder.

Step 2

Pour the beaten eggs into the bowl with the cottage cheese, add the sour cream, and sprinkle in the flour with the baking powder.

Step 3

Knead a soft dough. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut it into small pieces, and form balls the size of walnuts (to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, grease them with oil).

Step 4

Fry in heated vegetable oil (enough to float) over moderate heat, stirring constantly for even coloring. Place on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Dust with powdered sugar.
