  • Brie cheese 10 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Pecan 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a whole large wheel of brie cheese out of the refrigerator and use a sharp knife to cut off the rind from the top and sides. Take the pecans and halve them, then cover the edges and top of the cheese completely with the nuts. Sprinkle the nuts with brown sugar on top.

Step 2

Preheat the grill. Place the cheese on a heatproof plate and put it under the grill. The sugar should caramelize into a hard crust, binding the nuts together.

Step 3

Cut the cheese into pieces and serve with lightly toasted bread.
