Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream 20 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Dark rum 0 fl oz
- Bananas 3 pieces

Step 1
Take the ice cream out of the freezer to soften.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter with the sugar and rum over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 4–6 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise, then crosswise. Place them in the skillet and cook for about 1–2 minutes, gently shaking the skillet until the bananas are warmed through.
Step 4
Scoop the ice cream into serving bowls, top with the bananas, and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
