- Bananas 1 piece
- Dark rum 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Chocolate 0 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and add the sugar.
Step 2
Place the banana slices and fry on both sides for 1 minute. Then pour in the rum and increase the heat.
Step 3
Keep on the heat until the liquid caramelizes.
Step 4
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, adding the milk. Heat and stir until smooth (can be replaced with ready-made chocolate syrup).
Step 5
Place the banana slices on a serving plate, drizzling with caramel and warm chocolate.
