Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas and cut them into thick rounds. In a skillet, melt half of the butter, add the brown sugar and one tablespoon of water. Bring to a caramel state. Add the zest, vanilla pod, and cream. Stir until a light golden color is achieved.
Step 2
Fry the bananas in the remaining butter until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the fried bananas to the caramel and mix. Remove the vanilla pod.
Step 4
Serve with ice cream, crushed oatmeal cookies, or nuts.
