- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
- Sparkling water 5 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour, and sparkling water.
Step 2
Cut the bananas into pieces and dip them in the batter.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
