- Strawberry 16 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz

Step 1
Rinse the strawberries well, leaving the stems on, and dry them with a paper towel. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill thoroughly.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
Step 3
Holding the strawberries by the stems, dip them three-quarters into the chocolate and return them to the parchment. Chill until set for about 1 hour.
