  • Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper 1 piece
  • Courgette ¼ pieces
  • Onion ¼ heads
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Cucumbers ½ pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Cayenne Pepper ¼ spoons
  • Parsley ¼ bunches
  • Balsamic Vinegar 3 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, cucumber, onion, and garlic. Mix well.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, cayenne pepper, parsley, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and drizzle over the vegetables.

Step 3

Pour 300 milliliters of the mixture into a blender and blend thoroughly.

Step 4

Pour it back into the bowl and chill before serving.
