Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Water ½ cup
- Orange juice concentrate 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix chopped bananas, diced apples, pineapple pieces, and halved grapes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add water while stirring, then add orange juice and lemon juice. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 3
Pour the syrup over the fruits, mix, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
