Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Whipped Cream to taste
- Caramel Syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer, then add milk, oil, and vanilla while continuing to beat.
Step 2
Add the egg yolk mixture to the flour. Gradually fold in the beaten egg whites.
Step 3
Bake in a greased waffle maker until golden brown. Serve with banana slices, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream.
