Description
To make it heartier, you can add 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes. You can also sauté meat, which was used to make the broth, together with the mushrooms. Enjoy your meal! :)
Ingredients
- Champignons 20 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, chop them coarsely, and sauté.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the broth.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and sauté it with finely chopped onion.
Step 4
Add everything to the broth.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
