French Crepes
Ingredients
- Water 5 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Ocean salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the batter, combine water, milk, flour, and salt in a blender (you can also use a large glass bowl). In a small bowl, crack the eggs, whisk them, and pour into the blender (or bowl).
Step 2
Blend the mixture until it is smooth and free of lumps. Cover the finished mixture in a large bowl with a lid (or plastic wrap) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no more than 1 day.
Step 3
Cook the crepes in a non-stick frying pan, greasing the hot pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil or melted butter.
