- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt ¼ spoons
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate, cut the butter into pieces, and place them in a bowl.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler, stirring well.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with the yolks and sugar until fluffy (2 whole eggs and three yolks).
Step 4
Combine the eggs and chocolate, then add the flour and salt. Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the batter into greased molds and place them in a preheated oven at 390°F for 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
The edges of the dough should be baked, while the filling remains liquid. It's best to serve the cake hot, lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
