Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Ground clove 2 pieces
- Star anise 1 piece
- White Pepper (whole) a pinch
- Allspice berries to taste
- Dried onion powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Saffron to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 2
Place the garlic in a pot.
Step 3
Add the star anise and cloves.
Step 4
Pour in the broth. Bring to a high heat.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper, and add the white pepper.
Step 6
Add the dried onion and allspice.
Step 7
Add the chicken to the broth.
Step 8
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 9
Cover with a lid, add saffron, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 10
Pour into a deep plate and serve in portions.
