- Ocean salt to taste
- Carrot 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the carrot.
Step 2
Slice the carrot into rounds.
Step 3
Pour 1 kg of table salt into a baking dish.
Step 4
Place the carrot and the hen on the salt.
Step 5
Put the chicken in a preheated oven at 355°F to bake (for 30 minutes).
Step 6
Remove the chicken, let it cool slightly, and cut the hen in half.
Step 7
Place the chicken in a pot, add water, and put it on high heat.

Bring to a boil and remove the foam.
Step 9
Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, avoiding a rolling boil. Add salt 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
