Ingredients
- Margarine 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dough: In warm milk, add yeast, salt, beat eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar, pour in 125 grams of melted warm margarine, add flour and knead a firm dough, let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Beat 125 grams of margarine with sugar.
Step 3
Divide the dough into three parts, roll out into sheets 5 mm thick, spread with a mixture of margarine and sugar, roll into a log, and cut into portion-sized rolls.
Step 4
Pinch each roll on one side and place on a baking sheet with the pinched side down.
Step 5
Bake at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
