- Water 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Rub sugar with one egg.
Step 3
In the remaining eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Add 1 tablespoon of water, salt, and beat well.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites separately. Combine with the beaten yolks and mix.
Step 5
Sift the flour and beat the batter.
Step 6
Grease a deep round baking pan with oil and transfer the batter into it. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden stick.
