
Fragrant Grilled Corn with Lime Butter

Instead of parsley, you can use cilantro, rosemary, or thyme. It's better to choose sweet corn rather than field corn.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0.3 pieces
- Pickled garlic ¼ teaspoon
- Lime Juice ¼ cup
- Corn Cobs 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, melt the butter and add finely chopped onion. Sauté until soft. Then add parsley and finely chopped red pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add lime juice and garlic salt.
Step 2
Place each corn cob on a piece of foil and drizzle with the fragrant butter. Wrap the foil tightly.
Step 3
Place on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes until the corn is tender. Unwrap the foil and sprinkle with parsley.
