  • Water 2 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground clove ¼ teaspoon
  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
  • Dried parsnip 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Add the dried fruits, bring to a boil again, cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the lid and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Let cool.
