This unusual dessert is very easy to make. It doesn't require an ice cream maker — you can simply place it in the freezer, using ice cream molds or muffin tins.

- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Condensed Milk ½ cans
- Milk 0 fl oz

Step 1
Using a mixer or blender, combine the cottage cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Once the mixture is smooth and uniform, add the milk and blend again.
Step 2
Pour the cheese mixture into molds and place them in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours.
