Ingredients
- Yubileynoye Cookies 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 25 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Red Currant to taste
- Strawberry to taste
- Sweet Cream Butter 10 fl oz
- Strawberry to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, crush the cookies to a powdery state, combine with melted butter, mix thoroughly, and spread evenly in a baking dish, baking until golden brown in a preheated oven at 355°F, then let cool.
Step 2
For the cream, combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer until creamy.
Step 3
Pour the cream evenly over the prepared cake base in the baking dish, wrap the dish in foil, and bake in a water bath in the oven at 355°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
After baking the cake, place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 5
Remove the cake from the mold, spread with whipped cream, and cut into portions.
Step 6
Decorate as shown in the photo.
