  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 10 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • 33% Cream 0 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar to taste
  • Chopped almonds to taste
  • Vanilla Ice Cream to taste

Melt the butter with the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring continuously.

Mix the eggs with flour, sugar, and 40 g of boiled condensed milk.

Combine the chocolate mixture with the batter and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into fondant molds that have been greased with butter or lined with parchment paper. Place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

In a saucepan, heat the cream with the sweetened condensed milk, then pour it into a bowl and mix well. Add the sour cream and stir again until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each fondant mold and return them to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.

Bake the fondants in a preheated convection oven at 355°F for 12 minutes.
