Focaccia with Red Grapes

Ingredients

  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Honey 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Seedless Green Grapes 20 oz
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl or bread maker, mix water, flour, honey, salt, and yeast. Knead well.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 3

Place the dough on a work surface and separate two-thirds. Roll it out into a rectangle, then transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Top with two-thirds of the grapes, pressing them down slightly, and sprinkle with 30 grams of brown sugar.

Step 4

Roll out the remaining dough to the same size and place it on top of the grapes. Press down lightly and seal the edges well, joining the bottom and top layers. Brush the top with olive oil and add the remaining grapes. Sprinkle with sugar.

Step 5

Bake for about 25-30 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Serve warm.
