Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add salt, sugar, egg, oil, and flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough and let it rise for an hour.
Step 3
Then punch it down, form a rope, and cut it into pieces. Roll these pieces into circles about 5–7 mm thick.
Step 4
Fry the pastries in hot vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Step 5
Brush the hot pastries with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar. Repeat with all pastries, stacking them on top of each other.
