Ingredients
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, combine the chicken egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Use a whisk to mix until smooth.
Step 4
Warm the kefir in the microwave or in a water bath.
Step 5
Pour the warm kefir into the egg mixture, add a pinch of salt, and mix.
Step 6
Sift the flour and gradually add it to the kefir mixture. You may need a little more or less flour. The consistency should be medium thick.
Step 7
Add 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, mix well, and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Heat the skillet and lightly grease it with oil.
Step 9
Carefully scoop the batter with a spoon and form pancakes in the skillet.
Step 10
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 11
Optionally, you can sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
