Ingredients
- Kefir 1 glass
- Water 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Sugar 3 spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the kefir with water and gently warm it up.
Step 2
In the bowl where you will prepare the mixture, add salt, sugar, and an egg, then pour in slightly warmed kefir. Mix thoroughly until foam forms on the surface.
Step 3
Add the flour in 2 or 3 portions to make it easier to mix. The mixture should be thick enough that it doesn't drip off the spoon, but rather falls from it in a thick, gooey mass.
Step 4
Add the baking soda and mix the mixture thoroughly again.
Step 5
Heat a skillet and add vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown.
Step 6
Brush the finished pancakes with butter. I also sprinkle them with sugar.
