- Sugar ½ cup
- Vanillin to taste
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Blend the cottage cheese with the egg yolks in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and vanillin to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with a mixer until a thick foam forms, gradually adding sugar. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the main mixture using a spoon.
Step 3
Line a small springform pan or baking dish with parchment paper, then pour in the cottage cheese mixture. Smooth it out carefully with a knife. Place it in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for about 1 hour. Do not remove the casserole from the oven immediately; wait until it cools.
