Ingredients
- Coconut flakes 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 7 teaspoons
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites until they double in volume. The mixture should be slightly looser than that for making meringue.
Step 2
Gradually sift in the powdered sugar while stirring. Whip until combined.
Step 3
Add flour and shredded coconut. Mix well.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at a temperature of 80–210°F for about 1.5 hours.
Step 5
You can drizzle melted chocolate for decoration.
