Flourless Yogurt Cake
Baking and Desserts • Global
Description
This is simple, quick, and delicious. Most importantly, it's flourless. It's best to use the thickest yogurt you can find. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. A pinch of salt is essential when whipping the egg whites; it helps to whip the foam to peaks faster. Salt also balances the flavor of the cake itself. It's best to cool the cake in the oven, but if that's not possible, it will settle as it cools, which won't affect its taste. This treat is best served warm with ice cream. Enjoy your meal!
