Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Oat flakes 20 oz
- Vanillin a pinch
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Ground Almonds 0 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the oatmeal (preferably large flakes, as they are healthier) to create flour.
Step 2
Melt half a block of butter in a skillet and sauté the sifted oats in it.
Step 3
Transfer the entire mixture to a separate bowl, add the remaining half of the butter (it should be soft), and mix well.
Step 4
Then add the flakes that were left after sifting, the eggs, vanilla powder, and the remaining sifted flour.
Step 5
Next, add the chopped prunes, raisins, almonds, and you can also include dried apricots.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Step 7
Grease the paper at the bottom of the baking tray with butter, or if you don't have any paper, grease the tray itself.
Step 8
Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet using a tablespoon.
Step 9
Bake until light brown, about 20 minutes.
