Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Flaxseeds 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Toasted Sesame 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the flour in a deep mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add the oil.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add nutmeg.
Step 5
Add baking powder.
Step 6
Crack the eggs and knead the dough until smooth.
Step 7
Shape the buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in the oven preheated to 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the buns from the oven.
Step 10
Let cool and serve.
